No matter what type of family shoot you want - engagement, maternity, newborn, a milestone or just to update those pictures on the wall.
This includes:
1 hour plus shoot time.
All the high resolution edited images in your gallery to download for personal use.
A minimum of 50 images.

A short family video shot during your session.

Where I shoot
Everyone is more relaxed in nature and it's the best place to shoot. I will find a beautiful location or you can suggest a special place. The best time of day is 2 hours after sunrise or before sunset, although this is not always possible in summer.
In the colder months or for newborns we can shoot in your home or I can find a location we can rent. We can shoot anytime of day that there is sufficient light. I don't offer studio style shoots unless it's for an individual portrait or a specific mini session.
After booking I will send you more information so that you are ready for the day.

HOW to CHOOSE A FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER
Do you want one image to make a statement in your house? Do you want a collection of images? Do you want a posed studio shoot or something more relaxed? Make sure to look at the portfolios of several photographers to see what type of photography appeals. Don't just go with the first photographer that fits your budget. Instagram is a great place to get an even better idea for their styles. Make sure to choose someone whose work you really enjoy.
WHAT HAPPENS in BAD WEATHER?
The weather is often four seasons in one day. The only thing that would really stop a shoot would be torrential rain. If that is imminent we can reschedule or shoot indoors.
HOW I PROCESS PAYMENTS
I accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. You will need to pay a deposit to secure your date. The balance needs to be paid before the shoot.
HOW FAR WILL I TRAVEL?
I am based in Chesham, Bucks. I am happy to travel up to about 45 minutes drive. Otherwise I would need to charge for travel. Please get in touch if you want to check with me.
THE BEST TIME FOR A MATERNITY SHOOT
From about 32 weeks onwards. In your last month you might not feel your best so it's best to do it before then but if your bump is small you may want to delay until closer to your due date.
WHEN will you SEE THE IMAGES?
You will get your whole gallery within about two weeks of your shoot. I try to send a sneak peek as soon as I can. I love editing shoots so get it done as quickly as possible.
